Refund Policy

This policy describes how subscription-payment questions and refund requests are handled for A2Z Smart Bill plans.
Effective date: 21 June 2026

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, no subscription fee is charged for the trial period unless you explicitly purchase or activate a paid plan.

Subscription charges

Paid access covers the billing period stated at purchase. Cancelling stops future renewal where recurring billing is enabled; it does not automatically reverse a correctly processed current-period charge.

Eligible requests

  • Duplicate charges or an amount processed in error.
  • A paid service that could not be provisioned after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Any refund required by applicable law or an express written agreement.

How to request a review

Email support within seven days of the charge with the account email, client or shop name, payment date, amount and transaction reference. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or other sensitive credentials.

Review and payment method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank or provider processing times may apply after approval.

Third-party fees

SMS, email, domain, hosting, payment-gateway or other third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider policy unless A2Z Smart Bill collected the charge directly.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
