- Billing records, customer contact details, menu items, staff accounts and settings entered by an authorised account user.
- Operational data such as login time, IP address, notification delivery status and security events.
How information is used
- To provide billing, invoice, customer, reporting and account-management features.
- To deliver SMS or email notifications only when an account owner enables and configures those integrations.
- To protect accounts, diagnose failures and improve service reliability.
Account-owner responsibilities
Each salon or business controls the customer and staff information entered in its workspace. Account owners must collect and use that information lawfully, provide any required notices and restrict staff access appropriately.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored in the database and hosting account configured by the service operator. Data is shared with SMS, email or hosting providers only when needed to provide an enabled feature or comply with law.
Retention and deletion
Account owners can edit operational data and request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal purposes.
Security
The application uses access controls, password hashing, request forgery protection, prepared database queries, secure sessions, upload validation and defensive browser headers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
